Orange French group, which had revenues of €934m on the local market in 2013, is in negotiations to relocate its headquarters in the first building of Green Court, the first building of an office scheme in the Barbu Vacarescu area being developed by the Swedish group Skanska. Orange hopes to move into the new building, which will offer a total of 19,500 sqm following an investment of €46m, during the last quarter of this year.
Schneider Electric has already agreed to lease approximately 3,100 square meters space in the building of Green Court, as the first tenant of the project. Its lease deal was the first one signed in 2014 for the Barbu-Vacarescu area.
