Orange’s portfolio sell-off begins

9 May 2012

Nearly 250 real estate assets across Poland are expected to go on sale in the near-term, with Orange telecom company having recently announced its plan to offload most of the properties it currently owns. Both office and retail space was included in the offer, along with the company’s warehouses, flats and much of its land bank. “Our offer is to meet demands of different types of investors,” says Karolina Skurczyńska of DTZ, which has been selected to supervise the sell-off. First to be sold is an office building in Warsaw, with plots in Łomianki, Konstantynów and Płock expected to follow.
