Viktor Orbán has told Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung that the Hungarian left side collapsed in 2010 and he thinks it is getting help from foreign parties from the left of the political spectrum because it is unable to solve its problems on its own. Orbán thinks that many of Europe’s leaders have lost their faith in Europe’s one-time policies and it seems to him that European countries tend to and are willing to lose their culture, religion and intellectual identity. This is widely seen as anathema to Orban, who is promoting a strong sense of national self-reliance in Hungary.
