Orbis offloads Mercure Kasprowy

20 September 2012

The hotel operator Orbis is one step closer to selling its Mercure Kasprowy property in Zakopane, a popular resort town in the Polish mountains. A pre-sale agreement was signed this week for PLN 52m, but must be approved by the Obis board before it is finalized.
“The hotel was delivered back in the 1970s and it needs a lot of funding,” said Adama bachleda-Curus, the buyer. “I think we will continue cooperating with Orbis, as Orbis is now underway with the sell-offs.”
