Orbis has concluded an agreement on the sale of a 0.19 ha plot in Kraków with ALX Invest for PLN 19m. The land is located at the corner of Kurniki, Pawia, Worcella and Zacisze streets, where Orbis intends to build a Mercure hotel. The final sale agreement will be signed in April 2018.
“This recent transaction makes it possible for the company to provide further growth for the entire group by adding a higher-end hotel in a location where two of our economic hotels – Ibis and Ibis Budget Kraków Stare Miasto – are already operating,” the company said in a statement.
