Orco Property Group (OPG) leased 90,500 sqm of commercial space over the first nine months of 2012. The total volume of new contracts in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia reached just 10,500 sqm, while expansions and lease extensions accounted for 25,000 sqm. One of Orco’s most important contracts extensions was with a mobile operator in Budapest for 8,500 sqm, followed by a lease extension at Arena Corner in Budapest, which was also awarded a LEED Platinum certificate. In Germany, OPG reached almost 55,000 sqm in new leasing contracts in the first nine months of 2012, a 20-percent increase y-o-y.
