Orco to delist from Prague Stock Exchange

Orco Property Group is in the process of delisting from the Prague Stock Exchange, citing a low trading volume. Orco will delist all of its 114,507,629 ordinary shares from the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange. The price of Orco shares has dropped by 75 percent over the past 12 months.

Orco shares have been listed on the Prague Stock Exchange since 2005. The completion of the delisting procedure is subject to regulatory and legal conditions. The timing has not yet been announced. The shares will remain listed and traded on the regulated markets of the NYSE Euronext in Paris and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Orco delisted from the Budapest Stock Exchange in 2011.
