The Oresa investment fund completed the takeover of the Solo Iaşi logistics and industrial park from the Tester Group, owned by the businessman Bogdan Pitigoi, this transaction marking the entry of the investment company on the real estate segment in Romania.
“The Tester Group has invested with confidence in the development of the Solo Park in Letcani commune since 2011, this being the first private logistics and industrial park in the northeastern part of Romania. Even if at the beginning we were viewed with skepticism, the area of Moldova being seen as not conducive to these types of investments, we continued to develop Solo Park being convinced that the time will come when our area will become attractive, “said Bogdan Pitigoi.
Oresa has invested over EUR 150 million in Romanian companies in the last 24 years.
