Excellence Senior Living has been given the thumbs up by the city of Orlando to start a new senior-living facility in MetroWest. The $20 million project will feature a 153-unit facility located at 2001 South Hiawassee Road. Ground breaking for the 186 bed facility is expected to start by the end of the year. The facility is expected to create 50 full time jobs, including managerial and medical positions such as registered nurses, an activities director, marketing director, along with maintenance and kitchen staff.
