LG Apopka & 435, LLC has purchased a 6,807-square-foot restaurant property on a 1.09-acre lot at 12195 S. Apopka Vineland Road in Orlando for $2.85 million. The buyer plans to redevelop the restaurant space, which was previously a Sizzler location. The property is located just north of Palm Parkway, less than one mile from the entertainment complex Downtown Disney.
“Demand for second-generation restaurant space in Central Florida is at an all-time high,” said David Corbin, managing director, retail services Colliers International Central Florida. “There’s a lot of savings that come into play when taking over an existing restaurant property related to impact fees and usage credits. Having equipment and infrastructure such as grease traps and hood systems already in place is also cost-effective for buyers.”
