Orna Corporation, in which entrepreneur Pavel Orna has a stake, wants CZK 638 million for a set of apartment buildings in the centre of Kladno. He bought the houses in the 1990s. The sale was confirmed to e15 by Orna’s son and company director Jan Orna, as well as by brokers from M&M real estate, who are in charge of selling the properties.

“Mr Orna is over 70 years old and has owned the properties for more than 30 years, so he decided to sell them and share them with his partners and descendants,” Jakub Bureš of M&M reality told the daily. Pavel Orna and his wife own 40 per cent of Orna Corporation, while the remaining three shareholders have a one-fifth share each.

Orna’s son did not want to provide further information to the daily. “You certainly can’t talk to my father, he won’t comment,” Jan Orna said.

The real estate portfolio consists of apartments and commercial premises, most of which the company now leases. Their area exceeds 18,000 square metres. Interested parties can buy them together or individually.
