German furniture accessory retailer Ostermann and Everseen, an Irish company specializing in artificial intelligence, have leased 40 percent of Artemis II, which is set to open in Sanandrei, near Timisoara, in May. The building is being developed by the Swiss company Artemis. The project will offer 7,500 sqm. The investment is valued at €5m. This is Ostermann’s first location on the local market.
