Otis Felvonó Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of the international elevator company, is moving its 870 sqm headquarters to CityZen Offices in Budapest. The company will relocate this month. The property is situated near the Dózsa György metro station. Tenants include Café Frei as well as a SPAR supermarket. There is also underground bicycle stands. The building has BREEAM Very Good certification.
