Over 60% of Charles de Gaulle Plaza has already found new tenants

The imposing class A office building in Bucharest has found new tenants for over 60% of its available space, through transactions concluded this year by The Advisers/ Knight Frank.

Generali is one of the first tenants to announce relocation in 3 of the 17 floors of Charles de Gaulle Plaza, occupying approximately 4,000 Sq M. Another 3000 Sq M were signed with two other tenants.

With its exceptional location in Bucharest’s CBD, its state-of-the-art architecture and spectacular view over Herastrau Park, Charles de Gaulle Plaza represents a true landmark of the city. The prestigious building is owned by GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH (GLL) and has over 23,000 Sq M of high-quality office space.
