Eyal Ofer, the Israeli billionaire who’s invested more than €300m on the regional real estate market, has put 204 villas at Oxford Gardens in the city of Pipera up for sale. Ofer said he hopes to sell at least 30 of the villas next year. Prices start at €285,000 for a 325 sqm villa.
The project, completed in 2010, was originally marketed toward diplomats or families with monthly incomes of more than €10,000.
