Kaufland finalized the acquisition of two stores developed by P.A. Nova for more than PLN 26m. The preliminary agreement was signed in December, 2014 with Kaufland Polska Markety Spółka z o.o.
P.A. Nova said earlier this year that it expects to expand it managing portfolio to more than 100,000 sqm under management across Poland. The company’s CEO, Ewa Bobkowska, said that a substantial part of the portfolio would be made up of retail parks and industrial facilities. P.A. Nova currently has 71,700 sqm of commercial space under management, with openings in Kamienna Górze (4,500 sqm), Krośno (2,800 sqm) planned in September and another in Jaworzno (31,500 sqm) in November.
