Fürth-based P&P Gruppe sold a property portfolio in Nuremberg to an institutional investor. The 10,000 sqm portfolio includes an office building at Hauptmarkt 16 as well as an office and retail scheme at Gleissbühlstrasse 2.The value of the portfolio amounts to about €25mn. P&P acquired the property at Hauptmarkt 16, which covers 700 sqm of retail and 1,500 sqm of office space, in 2013.
