The industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is acquiring a 10,000 sqm industrial building near Prague from the company Arvato. The deal includes land the developer will then be able to build another 17,000 sqm shed on creating a new park to be called P3 Prague D6. It will offer quick access from Prague, Kladno and from the direction of Karlovy Vary. It also means P3 is able to offer space on nearly every main traffic artery coming out of Prague. “For this acquisition we didn’t just take into account access to the western edge of Prague,” said P3’s Ondřej Vodička. “The location is attractive even for potential clients from Kladno, Karlovy Vary and Germany. The warehouse is also in excellent condition so we’ll use it the maximum amount possible for future development.” Arvato will continue to lease a portion of the existing building.
