The CIJ Awards Slovakia gala evening took place last night in Bratislava in the Sheraton Hotel in an event which featured 16 prizes handed out for the best projects and most successful companies and business leaders. P3 was one of the big winners on the event which was attended by the leading players active on the property market in Slovakia. P3 was on hand to pick up not only the prize for Best Industrial / Warehouse Development of 2015 for P3 Bratislava Park, but the Developer of the Year award and its director Peter Janoši was handed the Industry Leadership Award. HB Reavis was another company to pick up multiple awards for Twin City A, which took the Best Office Development, along with Lease of the Year, in honor of its lease for Swiss RE. The Residential Developer of the Year prize was won by J&T Real Estate for its project Panorama City, which topped the polling for Best Residential Development. In one of the toughest battles, City Arena in Trnava was named the Best Shopping Center Development for 2015.
Other prizes were presented for a variety of companies, whose successes were voted upon by top leaders and CEOs of the most important property related companies in Slovakia. VÚB won the Financial Service Provider of the Year award, while Dentons was named Law Firm of the Year and CBRE again took the stage as in past years to pick up the award for Property Management Team of the Year. CBRE returned to the main stage for the Best Office Real Estate Agency award, while Cushman & Wakefield was named the Best Retail Real Estate Agency of 2015. JLL also picked up a pair of awards, as the readers of CIJ picked that company as this year’s Capital Markets Team of the Year and for the Best Logistics Real Estate Agency. Finally, Herrys was the winner of the Best Local Real Estate Agency prize.
