Located in what is known as the “CEE logistics golden triangle” the 53,000 m2 warehouse is situated between Bratislava, Vienna and Gyor. The project was completed in October 2015, with 9,000 m2 being pre-leased before construction had started and the rest is now available to lease. The building has been specially built to include features that deliver reduced occupational costs to clients and has minimal impact on the environment.
P3 Bratislava Park is in the running for the prize Best of the Best Industrial/Warehouse Development of the Year and the winner of the category will be announced at the first CIJ Euro Awards, which will be held in Prague’s Slovanský Dům on September 22.
