P3 is developing a new 61,000 sqm building at its Piotrków park in central Poland. Its main tenant will be Kuehne + Nagel, which will occupy 56,000 sqm of space. Completion is set for January 2018. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. P3 Piotrków offers 90,105 sqm of existing warehouse space. It can accommodate an additional 400,000 sqm. In Poland, P3 has more than 716,000 sqm of warehouse space in existing facilities as well as buildings that are under construction.
