P3 delivered 60,000 sqm in two buildings at its P3 Prague D11 park to the east of Prague. Exiteria and Penny Market will occupy one building. In the other building, FM Logistic will use 17,000 sqm as storage for Nestlé, while Lidl will take 5,000 sqm and Ekol Logistics signed on for 4,700 sqm. Another 13,000 sqm is still up for grabs. The park has a potential to offer a total of 155,000 sqm in 10 buildings. Tomáš Míček, P3’s head for the Czech Republic, says the company is able to offer units ranging from 3,000 sqm to 26,000 sqm. Its location along the D11 motorway, 8 km to the northeast of the Černý Most metro terminal and commercial zone, is suitable for companies servicing northeast Bohemia and southern Poland.
