P3 raised the first column of a new warehouse going up at its Bucharest park. The 13,900 sqm logistics facility will include 400 sqm of offices. The developer said it is in advanced discussions with a potential tenant interested in leasing the whole building. This is P3’s 12th building at the park. Completion of the warehouse is scheduled for August, with the potential tenant to take early access in June.
