P3 is nearing completion on a new 31,904 sqm warehouse at its logistics park near Poznań. One-third of the building will be occupied by British American Tobacco Polska, a leading multinational tobacco company that sells products on more than 200 markets around the world. The space is being designed to meet the company’s specific needs. BAT is scheduled to move in in August. P3 Poznań is located south of Poznań, near the S11 dual carriageway, which connects with the A2 highway and provides access to Warsaw to the east and Berlin to the west.
