P3 Logistic Parks finalized its acquisition of Europolis Park Bucharest and is planning to start construction on two new buildings at the site this summer. Located at the entrance of the Bucuresti- Pitesti highway, the property, which has been renamed P3 Bucharest Park, currently offers 215,000 sqm of leasable space in eight buildings. Tenants include Altex, Emag and Carrefour. An additional 150,000 sqm of space can be added to the park. The new buildings that P3 plans to develop will offer 75,000 sqm of space. Cost of the expansion is expected to total €35m. The developer says it is negotiating with two new tenants, but no lease agreements have been signed yet. P3 purchased the park from CA Immo Group.
