Developer and administrator of industrial real estate P3 Logistic Parks is building an industrial park in the village of Myslinka, 15 kilometers from Pilsen, for almost a billion crowns. The zone called P3 Plzeň Myslinka, connected to the D5 motorway from Prague to Germany and near the railway container terminal, will be “tailor-made” for potential tenants. It will have five halls with a total area of 64,000 square meters. The construction of the first buildings is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year,” said Aleš Zacha, P3’s leasing and development manager.

The new industrial park will be suitable for logistics, e-commerce, retail and light manufacturing. We have recently started negotiations with several potential applicants. Zach said. There is a public transport stop next to the park in the direction of Nýřany and Plzeň.

The buildings will have areas from 3,000 to 30,000 sqm. “It is a great place for the development of production or logistics business due to the proximity of Pilsen and D5. The possibility of tailor-made construction, where the tenant can adapt the hall to their ideas, is often more advantageous in practice adjustments,” Zacha said. According to him, the zone can bring an interesting synergy with the P3 Plzeň park in Nýřany, a six-minute drive from Myslinka. There is also a railway terminal for container transport in Nýřany.

P3 Plzeň Myslinka will connect to a smaller industrial zone in the village, where the companies Elkamet and Rina have had halls for over ten years. Rina Europe is a major European producer of frozen bread, backed by the investment fund and industrial holding Oriens. Elkamet is a branch of a German group that produces polymer profiles for cars, lighting and tanks.
