P3 has started a 30,000 sqm expansion of its logistic park in Poznań. Nearly half of the space that’s to be added to the complex will be built on a speculative basis, with FM Logistic and Geis taking the remaining 7,200 sqm and 5,655 sqm of space respectively. It’s the third expansion launched by the developer this year, having started the expansions of P3 Piotrków and P3 Błonie, near Warsaw.
FM Logistic serves primarily retail chains, food producers, and pharmaceutical companies. It’s a long-term client of P3 in the key CEE markets, including Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania. In P3 Poznań, Geis Group, which has 45 locations around Poland, will provide to courier services.
