P3 Logistic Parks has obtained a building permit for the second phase of P3 Poznań. The developer will add 230,000 sqm of new warehouse space on a 50 ha parcel adjacent to the first phase of the development, nearly doubling the size of the logistics park.“We are seeing high demand for quality logistics space across the region, and this prompted us to expand P3 Poznań park. I believe that, just like the warehouses we have built over the last few years, the new buildings will be met with great interest both from our existing customers who want to grow with us and new clients that have only just started looking for space in the Poznań area,” said Bartłomiej Hofman, managing director of P3 in Poland.
