PointPark Properties(P3) has finished a 15,000 sqm warehouse for Mountfield at PointPark Prague D1, as well as an additional 5,000 sqm of speculative space. The park is currently at full capacity. P3 also recently completed a distribution center for DHL at PointPark Prague D8, which still has room for another 60,000 sqm of warehouse space.
The developer, which was taken over by TPG and Ivanhoé Cambridge last fall, is now looking for new land acquisitions. The new investors may provide financing for the expansion, says Tomáš Míček, head of P3 for the Czech Republic. He adds that the company plans to focus on Prague and Western Bohemia, but will look for opportunities in Brno and Central Moravia as well.
