P3 relocated its headquarters to Charles de Gaulle Plaza in Bucharest. The logistics developer leased 230 sqm on the top floor of the building. Griffes brokered the deal. Charles de Gaulle Plaza, owned by the German group GLL Real Estate Partners, is located near the Aviatorilor subway station and Herastrau Park. P3’s Romanian portfolio includes 14 buildings and more than 100,000 sqm of land for new developments.
