P3 secures €1.4bn loan from five banks

P3 negotiated a loan, totaling €1.4bn, from five banks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The money will be used to refinance a loan from Morgan Stanley. ČSOB, Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna and UniCredit granted P3 a loan totaling €720m to refinance its assets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Raiffeisen Bank International, meanwhile, has agreed to refinance P3’s Romanian projects. The logistics and industrial warehouse developer is looking for a new owner. Hospodářské noviny wrote that Eastdil Secured, a member of Wells Fargo Group, will oversee the sale. P3 is based in Prague, with activities in nine European countries. It owns 163 warehouses totalling 3,000,000 sqm of usable space.
