PointPark Properties (P3) has signed a lease for 2,616 sqm of warehouse space at PointPark Prague D8 with Blažek Praha. The men’s fashion manufacturer will move into the park on August 1, 2012. The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. “One of the reasons why we opted for the PointPark Prague D8 was the location. It offers us easy distribution to our target shops and it is conveniently reachable from our headquarters in Prague 7 – Holešovice,” says Jan Vácha, Vice Chairman of Blažek Praha. Blažek currently operates a network of 25 brand stores in the Czech Republic and seven in Slovakia
