P3 broke ground on the second phase of its Poznan logistics park. The first two buildings will offer 23,000 sqm of total lease space. As much as 80 percent of the space has already been pre-leased. Both new buildings will be used as storage space by companies that are already tenants at other P3 locations in Poland. These include Green Factory Logistics, which focuses on cold chain logistics. The company will occupy 5,507 sqm. A part of its space will be used as cold storage. The second warehouse, covering 12,820 sqm, is fully leased. It is being developed as a cross-dock for one of the largest logistic operators in Poland and will be fully adapted to the customer’s needs. Both buildings will be developed in line with BREEAM Very Good certification. They will be equipped with PIR core panels, more effectively isolating the buildings from adverse weather conditions.
