P3 will develop a 58,470 sqm central warehouse for PepsiCo at its Mszczonów park. JLL represented the client during the lease process. The PepsiCo warehouse will be the sixth building to go up at the park, which already features 160,000 sqm of modern space. “I am delighted that PepsiCo, another large multinational brand, has decided to cooperate with P3, recognizing the potential of P3 Mszczonów park.
