P3 has broken ground on a 20,000 sqm build-to-suit automotive parts distribution center at Niedersachsenpark in Neuenkirchen for Peugeot Deutschland. P3 Niedersachsenpark will offer 17,000 sqm of warehouse space, 1,053 sqm of offices as well as a 2,098 sqm mezzanine area. Completion is set for April 2016. This will be Peugeot Citroen’s central distribution hub for Germany and other EU countries. The project is P3’s first development in Western Europe.
