P3 is developing 26,000 sqm of warehousing and offices at P3 Błonie Park, near Warsaw, in a BTS project for Antalis, a distributor of paper, packaging systems and plastics for visual communication. The facility will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions, including isolation panels, solar panels for water heating and LED lighting. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. Completion is scheduled for mid-2017. The deal with Antalis was negotiated by Colliers International.
