Situated just off the New Jersey Turnpike, the facility is less than 30 miles from the Port of New York/New Jersey and Newark International Airport. The CBRE team of Scott Belfer and Lou Belfer arranged the transaction on behalf PLC while the property owner was represented by Cushman and Wakefield.
