Illinois-based manufacturing company, Packaging Corporation of America, has renewed its lease at the Baltimore Washington Industrial Park. Located at 8301 Sherwick Court in Jessup, MD, the company resigned its 75,000 square-feet with the building’s owner Prologis. Built in 1987, the industrial park consists of eight office-warehouse buildings totaling 828,000 sq ft. Packaging Corporation of America is the fourth largest producer of containerboard and the third largest producer of white paper in North America. Cushman & Wakefield represented the park’s owner during the transaction.
