BPO and SCC operations continue to an important driver for the Polish market at the moment, with the 42 investments, worth an estimated €41.2m, a greater in number (if not in volume) than the automotive sector where are currently 33 projects ongoing (worth more than €1.1bn. These are the findings of the Polish Agency of Information and Foreign Investments (PAIiIZ), which is currently in talks on a total of 169 projects worth nearly €4.2bn. In all, claims the agency, 38,000 jobs could be created in the medium-term as a result of the investments.
