Palace at Homestead LLC, managed by Jacob Shaham, has secured a $26.86 million construction loan for the The Palace, a high-end assisted living center in Homestead. Located on 4.9 acres across the street from from the Homestead Hospital at 310 Campbell Drive, the center will feature 111 assisted living beds and 90 memory care beds. Other amenities will include a wellness center, a physical therapy department, doctor’s offices and nursing assistants available around the clock. Palace at Homestead LLC purchased the land for the project in 2013 for $3 million.
