The real estate multi-family office PAMERA Real Estate Partners has acquired an office and logistics property in Augsburg, Germany. The vendor is a joint venture of the Augsburg-based Solidas Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The property, at Steinerne Furt 75 and 77, was constructed in 1992. It provides around 3,000 sqm of offices and c. 19,000 sqm of logistics space. It stands on a site of around 30,000 sqm, with access on three sides, which was formerly occupied by the Deutsche Papier company. The property is mainly let to the Free State of Bavaria until 2026.
The property includes 133 car and truck parking spaces, and a currently unused hall. The rear section of the property provides around 10,000 sqm of development land.
