Panattoni has acquired Wroclaw Business Park from Aviva Investors, the global asset management division of Aviva plc. The seller was represented by Avison Young and Dentons during the transaction. The final value of the transactions has not been disclosed. Wroclaw Business Park is located on Bierutowska street in Wroclaw and includes two warehouses, totaling 9,500 sqm of leasable area on 10.5 ha of land. Wroclaw Business Park is currently fully leased to FedEx Express, Topus and DHL.
