Shortly after announcing its a deal with with the investor Blackstone, Panattoni Europe went public with a new agreement signed with the logistics operator ID Logistics, an important tenant at the developer’s Park Błonie. The company prolonged its 4,660 sqm lease at Panattoni’s two-building park, totaling 48,000 sqm of space. The agency Axi Immo brokered the deal. Located in the so-called zone two of the Warsaw market, the complex is now fully let for the coming years.
Panattoni also found a buyer, for 402,000 sqm of its space located across Poland. The two-phased deal was completed with with affiliates of LogiCor, the pan-European logistics platform established by real estate funds managed by affiliates of The Blackstone Group.
