Panattoni Europe is building a courier delivery distribution center for DHL Parcel Polska in Radymin. Construction started at the beginning of the year and is set for completion in October. The lease, brokered by CBRE, was signed for 10 years. The center will have a non-standard height of 7.5 meters. The center’s main hall will cover 7,500 sqm and include a sorting facility and 108 gates for delivery vans and trucks. The office space will total almost 900 sqm over two floors.
