Panattoni Europe is planning to build a 100,000 sqm distribution center for DIY retailer Castorama Polska in Stryków. The project will go up in two stages, with the first, totaling 50,000 sqm, to be completed by the end of 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin this month. JLL brokered the deal. This will be the second facility Panattoni develops for Castorama Polska in Poland. “The development of the first central warehouse for this company in Stryków turned out to be a very good solution. Its location in the very center of Poland, at the intersection of the most important transport routes, is perfectly suited to the needs of the company, which operates in a number of regions across the country and requires access to fast international road connections, too,” said Robert Dobrzycki, CEO of Panattoni Europe.
