Panattoni Europe, in cooperation with Logistis, managed by AEW Europe, started preparatory work on the first logistics hall for DSV at Panattoni Park Prague Airport II in Pavlov, near the Prague airport. DSV will relocate from its current premises at Panattoni Park Prague Airport I to the 23,301 sqm hall. Petr Chocholatý, managing director at DSV Road for the Czech Republic, says that the company needs more space for expansion. Panattoni plans to complete the facility by July, and Pavel Sovička, general director for Panattoni Europe in the Czech Republic, said he hopes the developer will be able to announce the arrival of the first production company in the region shortly. Panattoni Park Prague Airport II will include six buildings totaling 123,000 sqm of potential development space, to be built in several phases.
