Panattoni is building the first warehouse in a new industrial zone in Cheb in western Bohemia. The facility will be a built-to-suit manufacturing plant for the Chinese company BWI Group, which plans to produce brake systems for luxury car brands there. BWI intends to create 300 new jobs. The developer was also vying to get Alibaba into its Panattoni Park Cheb, but the Chinese e-shop signed a lease at another industrial zone owned by the City of Cheb. Accolade is an investor in Panattoni Park Cheb.
