Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of a 100,000 sqm distribution center for Castorama Polska in Stryków. Approximately 99 percent of the space will be used for warehouse purposes, while 1,450 sqm will be designated for office and staff space. Around 300 people are expected to work at the center. The project was built in line with the principles of sustainable development. “The logistics center in Stryków is an important element in the development of multichannel sales. Its location will enable us to cut costs and accelerate delivery times, which will have a positive impact on the prices in our stores and the shopping experience,” said Wojciech Gondek, supply chain director for Castorama Polska.
