Panattoni has completed the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The facility offers 36,500 sqm and was delivered within city limits, a short distance from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park. Tenants include Nissin Logistics, occupying 18,300 sqm, and Inpost with 5,000 sqm. The flexible units in the park can be used for storage or light manufacturing purposes, and the grounds surrounding the building feature convenient service yards and spacious parking facilities. The project is BREEAM-certified.
