Panattoni Europe has completed stage one in the construction of a distribution center for Castorama Polska in Stryków. The developer delivered 50,000 sqm out of the planned 100,000 sqm. The fundamental function of the facility is to support logistics operations for the 74 stores in the chain’s network in Poland as well as its online store. The project is being implemented according to environmental criteria, in line with the principles of sustainable development. The official opening of the first stage of the project took place on November 16, with the second phase due for completion in 2018.
